At Limitless Learners Child Care, we are seeking caring, reliable, and qualified individuals who are passionate about working with children. Our program serves children ages 3 months-school age in a structured, home-based environment focused on safety, learning, and development.
All staff must meet Delaware childcare licensing (DELACARE) requirements and be able to supervise children independently when ratios allow.

Available Positions
At this time, we are hiring for a full-time assistant. Staff may only supervise children independently when all required clearances and trainings are completed and approved, in accordance with Delaware childcare licensing regulations.
Child Care Assistant (Full-time)
Child Care Assistant (Part-time)
Substitute Caregiver (Non-Emergency)
Substitute Caregiver (Emergency)
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Experience working with children preferred (6 months or more)
Reliable, responsible, and professional
Comfortable working in a home-based setting
Additional qualifications may be required depending on the position
Required Training
Staff must complete the following in order to work independently with children:
Infant & Child CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
Mandated Reporter Training
Health and Safety Training
Medication Administration Training (if applicable)
Additional training may be required within state timelines.
Required Clearances
All staff must complete and be approved for:
FBI fingerprinting
Delaware criminal background check
Child Protection Registry check
Health Appraisal w/ TB Assessment
Clearances must be completed before any unsupervised access to children.
